Swissmedic Regulatory Training - Spring 2025
2 to 6 June 2025, Swissmedic, Berne, Switzerland
We are happy to welcome you to our next Regulatory Training, jointly organized with WHO, taking place in-person at the Swissmedic premises in Bern, Switzerland. We are therefore pleased to receive your registration and look forward to welcoming you in person at our headquarters in Bern.
Registration:
In order to be eligible for the training and receive further information, please complete the registration form below. To this end you need to provide the registration token that was shared with you per email. After successful submission of your registration you will receive a confirmation email.
If you wish to register more than one delegate from the same organization, please complete one form per delegate (max 4 delegates per organization).
The main language of the event is English.
The participation is free of charge.

Important
A block booking at the ibis Styles Bern City has been arranged for the event. Accommodation costs are covered by WHO. Kindly contact WHO focal person at marambaf@who.int for any questions related to the accommodation.

How to get to Bern
The airports of Zurich and Geneva are connected to the Swiss railway network and have their own stations. Intercity trains to Berne run hourly from all cities. Link to the Swiss railways (SBB/CFF/FFS) online schedule: www.sbb.ch

From Zurich Airport: 1 hr. 15 min.
From Geneva Airport: 1 hr. 50 min.
How to reach Swissmedic main office
Shuttle bus
Kindly note that a transfer service from/to the hotel has been arranged. The shuttle bus will follow this schedule:
Monday:
Departure from Hotel to Swissmedic: at 08:15
Departure from Swissmedic to Hotel: at 17:45
Tuesday:
Departure from Hotel to Swissmedic: at 09:00
No return shuttle to Hotel --> Social Event after end of day
Wednesday and Thursday:
Departure from Hotel to Swissmedic: at 08:30
Departure from Swissmedic to Hotel: at 16:45
Friday:
Departure from Hotel to Swissmedic: at 08:30
No return shuttle to Hotel --> City Tour after end of training
Please note that the bus driver has been instructed to wait max 7 min after the scheduled departure time, so you are kindly advised to be ready on time.
Alternatively, by public transportation:
Walk to the bus station “Eigerplatz”.
From there, take the bus no. 10 towards Ostermundigen and get out at the bus station “Bahnhof” (main station).
From there you can reach our Headquarters by bus no. 20 towards Länggasse.
Get off at bus stop “Universität”.
From the bus stop it's a 1 min walk
